In order to conscientiously implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee to support the development of the private economy, Suizhou Intermediate People's Court and Guangshui People's Court have made cases involving private enterprises the focus of their current enforcement work, unified their work ideas, served the economic development of private enterprises, and promoted the smooth progress of cases. In response to the various legal issues currently faced by private enterprises, the two-level courts have transformed their judicial concepts from passive to active, actively serving private enterprises, improving their political stance, and continuously creating a better legal environment for the development of the private economy.
